Brilliant! The perfect device for the small dog owner who can't be bothered with training and really needs to get a handle on his or her little beast :-)
My BC is recovering from a bout of vestibular syndrome which affects her balance, among other things. The vet loaned us a harness with handle similar to the one pictured. Very handy to steady her as she negotiates stairs, and to load her into a vehicle. She is bouncing back well.
To use such a contraption for a well dog, IMHO, is difficult to justify. Perhaps an owner with limited mobility or lifting restriction may find it useful. But the poor dog has to suffer the smirks and mean remarks of other house pets. -- TEC
