And Jesus looked to the people.

And he told them to be adulterous. To hold many wives. And lust after many beautiful women. And to grab them by the p**sy.

He said to hate your neighbor. To slander those you don’t like. To call people vermin. Animals. The enemy within. To dehumanize those who disagree with you.

He said to pursue, above all else, power. And money. And fame. To worship mammon. To measure success by wealth. To bow before billionaires. To confuse prosperity with righteousness.

He said to be proud. Quick to anger. Slow to listen. Always filled with outrage and self-righteousness. To speak with a forked tongue like a brood of vipers. To mock. To belittle. To intimidate. To taunt. To invent lies about your enemies if it helps you win.

He said to always make sure that you and yours come first.

He said to close your borders. And your hearts. And your homes. To treat the stranger as a threat instead of a neighbor. To mock the hungry. To cut food from the poor.

To abandon the sick. To look at the homeless and ask what they did to deserve it.

He said, if you find a foreigner in your land… cast them out.

He said to close the door to the Kingdom of Heaven in people’s faces.

And when you pray, to be like the hypocrites, standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. To make your faith into a performance. To wear it like a campaign slogan. To invoke God’s name every chance you get while ignoring everything He actually taught.

He said to be bitter when you are persecuted. To be vindictive. To keep score. To never forgive. To love revenge more than reconciliation.

He said to hate your enemies. Never pray for those who persecute you. Never turn the other cheek. Never love your neighbor. Never love the stranger. Never love the least among you.

He said to judge. To condemn. To castigate.

He said, blessed are you when you insult people, persecute them, and falsely say all kinds of evil against them in my name.

Great is your reward in heaven.

Blessed are the loud and angry, for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are the rich, for they have no need of God.

Blessed are the cruel, for mercy is weakness.

Blessed are those who hunger for power, for they shall dominate.

Blessed are the arrogant, for humility is for fools.

Blessed are those who build walls instead of tables.

Blessed are those who worship flags more than truth. Nations more than humanity. Politicians more than principles. 

Cursed are the merciful.

Naïve are the pure of heart.

Foolish are the peacemakers.

For surely they have received their reward in full.
