Is this another reason not to trust the inscrutable? I'm sorry but we've been the dupes too many times. Sure, putting the offenders in prison or executing them may solve the problems for Beijing, but it does not solve ours. This is a super power that thumbs its nose at us regularly and we still go back for more. Most favored nation status, sorry not in my book.
This has been a serious problem in China, where they have large numbers of unvaccinated dogs and endemic canine rabies. This results in hundreds of human exposures as well. As far as I know, the vaccine in question was produced for use in China, and not intended for export (I could be wrong, but I think that is the case). Still a serious problem though.
