Public Lands Bird Seed Factory

These public Pittman-Robertson fields are hunting grounds planted for dove hunters. The sunflowers are gone now, but this sorghum will feed mice, birds and other wildlife into the cold. Hundreds of acres of this has been planted all over; a real bird seed factory.
