This Land Is Your Land

I stopped by a few thousand acres of local forest, marsh, and fields today.

This is public hunting land planted in crops to encourage wildlife. Hunting is legal in season and is the primary purpose of this Wildlife Management Area, whose purchase or long-term lease is paid for by dedicated taxes on guns, bullets, bows, and arrows.

If you are American, you own this land. 

Public lands are a public good. Always protect them; never let them be taken away.
