Judging the Book by the Cover
Blank book. Pet peeves raise themselves and breed like rats, as we all know.
I love mine and nurture them. Sometimes my friends and family are unwilling recipients of gentle rants, whenever the conversation touches upon a sore spot. They often try to courteously change the subject in mid-rant, but I always make a mental note of where I was interrupted, and continue at the first pause in subsequent conversation.
