The US Constitution was written by slavers who refused to let women, native Americans, or black people vote.
It enshrined slavery in the 3/5th’s clause, and the Second Amendment was written so that slaver state militias had the tools to put down slave revolts.
The US Constitution was so poorly drafted, it was immediately amended.
It was written by young, rich, white men over a few weeks. It is barely a deliberative document.
Its authors never even MENTION women.
Its created a system for electing Senators and the President that is not democratic, but a tortured mechanic devised to empower rural slaver states by dramatically over-representing them.
Bullets had not been invented when it was written, and neither had automatic weapons, the lightbulb, antibiotics, airplanes, cars, steam boats, tractors, or chlorinated water.
Good medicine involved blood letting and leaches.
Most of America — California, Texas, Minnesota, Kansas, Colorado — did not exist.
In short, the US Constitution is trash, as relevant to the modern world and modern law as a medieval drawing of a badger is to modern badger biology.
