Growing up, I’d see the occasional bicycle knife-sharpener set up on the edge of the market, or making rounds, but I’ve never seen one in the US.
I think there's a small business opportunity here sharpening lawn-mower blades, shears, chain saw blades, kitchen knives, and axes.
And yes, adding a small dog to attract attention and guard the equipment while on break, is an excellent idea!
