Our police departments need to be defunded, their uniforms stripped down to dress blues, no armor, and no weapons.
Every police department needs to be under a civilian review board with judgements levied out of police pension funds in order to create a sense of shared responsibility.
Every year police officer should get a yearly report on how much pension they have lost because of civil rights abuses in their department.
