re 'floodplain': is there water in that area now? ie, below the grass level and out of site of the camera..? if so, are deer the only species that come to graze?if not, when/what time of year IS the water there, and do the deer (or any other animals) still visit when the area becomes flooded..? (i'm assuming that area pictured is not a river bed, as there are grasses and shrubs visible. is it more of a vernal pool, or a seasonal flooded area?)i ask out of ecological curiosity -thanks
