A local park has planted out a large number of local trees as young specimen trees with identification markers.  Not great pictures, but a useful thing I wish more parks would do.  Not shown are several common forest trees around here:  Pignut hickory, red oak, willow oak, black cherry, sycamore, ash, tulip tree, and black walnut.
