Time, Place, Manner, and Type
Antonin Scalia:
The right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited. ... [It is] not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose.
I'm curious as to why most proponents of the 2nd Amendment seem to ignore the first four words:
"A well regulated militia..."
I have yet to see a well regulated militia, though I do see a lot of people swearing that it is their right to carry anything, anywhere. Cherry picking much?

(asking for a reason unrelated to hunting, 2nd amemd., and rifles...)
