The Hole in the Ozone Layer Appears to be Healing
There is strong evidence that the hole in the ozone layer is finally healing, in response to the 1987 Montreal Protocol that banned ozone-gobbling chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). Researchers, writing in Science magazine report that since 2000, the hole has shrunk by some 2.5 million square miles.

Wings Trapped in Amber
A large chunk of amber, found in Myanmar (Burma) has preserved a baby bird that got trapped in sap some 99 million years ago. The chick has feathers and shows traces of color in spots and stripes. The wings had sharp little claws, allowing the juvenile birds to clamber about in the trees, much as Hoatzin do today.

That's an amazing fact about gun ownership dropping with the current sales levels.
Of course I understand. I bought one recently, but no longer have it, as I explained to the nice kid that asked me about it on the phone.
