The dogs are telling each other they are the proud descendants of Arctic wolves. Right. The smallest is 10 inches, the tallest 11 inches. The snow is going to be 2 feet -- four feet or more in the drifts. We are supposed to have 50-mile per hour winds. Assuming a power-outage, I have pre-positioned the generator. Push comes to shove, I can always kill and eat a neighbor. We'll be fine.

We're Going to Talk Tough Until It Hits

My 2 wolf-like creatures look outside then look up at me with squinty pained eyes when there's just a slight drizzle outside. California dogs...
This kind of weather is normal where I live. Two weeks ago we had 22" in 2 days with 40mph winds. No school closings, nothing memorable happened, just normal lake effect snow. Enjoy the snow, it's beautiful when you're sitting inside with nowhere to be.
Eating a neighbour contravenes dietary guidelines - they are full of pesticide residues and saturated fat.
