Tourists: The Other White Meat

On May 16, a bison at Yellowstone's Old Faithful
gored a 16-year-old girl as she posed for a picture.

Meanwhile, in South Africa,
a young woman who was a film editor on Game of Thrones, was killed by a lion after she left her window down to photograph. Signs warning tourist to keep their windows closed are all over the park and tourists are individually given paper telling them the same.

In Hawaii, a fisherman was speared tthrough the chest by a swordfish when he jumped in the water to spear gun the animal.

Oh dear. A lion went lion. I don't think these animals have got the memo they're tourist attractions and to act accordingly. I had a close encounter on a footpath with an asian buffalo but, as it came within range, I gave way to it. Big horns. They're generally placid but have been known to retaliate when provoked. I've been bitten by an exmoor pony foal but that wasn't a big deal. A kid got kicked by one, and that could have been but wasn't.
