The other day I was explaining the term "kung fu" to someone.
It's not a martial arts -- it simply means someone who is disciplined and practiced to a very high degree of skill in any art form.
The example I used was a short order cook I met at a diner when I tucked into a spot late at night, in the middle of a snow storm. That short order cook had serious grill-top kung fu!
And then, there's this guy.

The world needs more kung fu -- true and highly skilled experts in their craft.

In 50 years I have heard at least 50 explanations for what Kung Fu translates as.
This is as good as any.
