The Only Photo of One of John Russell's Dogs
The only real picture of one of John Russell's dogs, seen here with Penelope Incledon Bury Russell, the Reverend John Russell's wife. The picture of the dog appears to be so heavily doctored, I have often wondered if it was painted.
