A Young Back Yard Fox
A few pictures from the back yard last night. The big feast was in the front yard because I made too many olive-oil fried potatoes. .
I put a little scrap food out at the same two locations maybe once a week -- it's enough to get the fox and raccoon coming around to see if this is "jackpot" night.
Almost anything will do -- old bread, cooked potatoes, a bit of old sandwich, sunflower seeds, kibble dog food (I like kibble for photo nights, as they have to hunt around for pieces).
Yes, full props to the camera. It turns out that feeding on top of the stone dog house means the background is pure black, which gives a nice bit of contrast. Live and learn!

He looks very healthy. I've managed to only get photos of chipmunks with my game camera.

Wow, absolutely beautiful. The camera's doing great work, too.
