I thought he was a libertarian, and they believe in one thing and that's property rights!

So much for that theory.

Only if its his own property I guess.

If Terrierman is going to go through the trouble to set up that page (which will soon be found by Google's spiders) and tell us about this guy, he ought to at least explain what was ripped off.

Now he has lied.

So we can add liar next to thief.

And now he is trying to cheat. Having stolen what it not his, he tries to purchase it.

And to answer aquemarropa (someone entirely anonymous who has not posted here before), the answer is copyright protected property. What part of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is confusing to you?

Patrick,

Under Rule One of the Code, you appear to be the offended party, based on the use of the photograph.

Therefore, you are due an apology.

Although this issues does not appear to be covered by Rule Five, I would think you had the choice of weapons.

Terriers at ten paces? Flames at 2.5 kilobytes per second?

In other words, is this game worth the candle?

Chas, you mean David Zincavage is a thief? Yes, I know. I

am not due an apology -- I am due removal of the stolen material. A simple matter for people of integrity. Cash

register honesty is the simplest kind. Fail that, and you are sure to fail all others.
