Terrier, the search engine with added byte

Everyone would like to be the next Google, and the folks in Scotland have that dream as well. Their beta-search engine, which they promise will be "the Google for Europe" (breathe deep the ether) is "Terrier, a new cutting-edge software for the rapid development of web, intranet and desktop search engines." This one was developed by researchers at the University of Glasgow, and is not to be confused with "Dogpile" another doggy-named search engine that was supposed to "fetch" information but crashed on the rocks of Google's many terrabytes of power.
