A lidded container filled with water and a well-measured couple of shots of pyrethrin stirred inside is quicker than a pyrethrin bath, and also works to repel mosquitoes and flies. Simply dip the dog and then leash it outside to dry off. The same dip can be used for a month or two. Simple, cheap, safe, effective, and time-proven.
