Eastern Blue Birds in the Sun

I finally got out by the river to check for signs of life and take a few wildlife pictures.

I’m still doing “house stuff,” but it feels less critical and urgent now that most things are under one roof and are (more or less) where they ought to be. 

Dogs, bikes, and kayaks are calling, and I finally set up a few game cameras in the forest behind the shed. Slowly, things slide into a “new normal.”
