William Goldman's Masterpiece Movie
On this day in 1969, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, written by William Goldman and starring Paul Newman, Robert Redford, and Katharine Ross, premiered at the Roger Sherman Theater in New Haven, Connecticut.
