I was in a store today and saw these fabulously expensive eggs, which came from a farm I hunted for 10 years. I remember when they first started with chickens. This is the price for a dozen free-range, organic, pasture-raised eggs.
I still have permission there, but I took over 400 groundhogs off that place, and last time I was there, there wasn’t much left.
Regrets? Yep, I have some. On the other hand, the old farm manager there recommended me to another honey hole farm I’ve worked for a decade. Getting a bit thin on that farm too though....
Time to find a few more honey holes.
