Trump's Impeachment Lawyers Are a Crooked Mess

The senate impeachment trial of Donald Trump starts on Tuesday and Trump has chosen his legal team, which includes an accused rapist, a person who bungled the sexual assault charges at Baylor University, two lawyers for pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and a lawyer who Trump bribed with an illegal $25,000 campaign check from one of his fraudulent “charities” so that she would not investigate his fraudulent “university”.

That last lawyer is Pam Bondi. This is her dog story.

I blame the Humane Societies and rescue organizations in that situation too though-

Out-of-state Humane Societies and rescues went down to Louisiana to help w Katrina, and no doubt did some help, but also brought many of those dogs back with them to the shelter where i worked, to adopt out; it became a ''thing'' to adopt a Katrina dog...while some dogs may have been unwanted, i thought it was criminal then to take all those dogs away, and now it's confirmed.
why wouldn't all (or at least most) of those people want their dogs back?! obviously having to escape by land or boat in an emergency. often meant leaving their dogs behind. it was heartbreaking... and some of the dogs had fought pretty hard to stay alive--i mean scratching through ceilings and roofs to get to the top to escape the waters--only to be euthanized at shelters because they were 'pitbulls' or other ''wrong'' breeds--no matter how great they were :(
IMO, it was one of the many great wrongs of Katrina.
