In my last two houses, I have given the dogs free access to the basement/garage through doors and stairs that descend to warm and dry. Is it possible to do the same through Bilco doors? It is. Always interesting to see what you can find on the Internet. Not too attractive, but then the Bilco doors on this house are located in a nearly invisible location, so.... this might work.
