In America, the Mountains Eat You

While out hiking in the Sierra Nevadas, two hikers caught a fleeting glimpse of a Mountain Lion on the trail ahead of them. Instead of stopping, they proceeded ahead. The good news is they did not get attacked, but this lion went up which could be used as both an ambush and a defensive position. These kids were lucky.
