Free-range, Locally-sourced, Free-trade, Non-GMO
A Red-tail Hawk carrying a squirrel through the Nyack Farmers' Market market. Photo by @SeanCarmody of @TaiimShackMobile.
This squirrel is free-range, locally sourced, non-GMO, American-made, gluten-free, free-trade, and sustainably harvested.
Yesterday morning, in the back yard of my clients' house near San Antonio, I saw a squirrel chase a young Red Tail Hawk from something on the ground (an acorn?) The squirrel was quite fierce, and the hawk was impressed enough to fly away, out of "danger."
