Things have certainly changed over the years. When my BIL did his first shoot for a food commercial, he said they sprayed the food with glycerin to make it shiny for the cameras. And then afterward the crew would EAT that nasty food! Hmmmm....he's a very strict vegan now. Makes me wonder if that helped put him off!
