Digging on the Dogs
A quick morning on the farm, accounting for two groundhogs, and digging amongst a chorus of geese and ducks.
Everything is starting to green up nicely, though it's still cold enough for horses to be turned out with blankets on.
A small cut -- a shaving cut. It should heal in the week. Cuts near the eye are pretty rare (muzzle is more common), but they do happen on occassion. This one is very minor.

Always enjoy your working dog photos. Just curious - did the terrier in the pic with the groundhog get a wound near the eye or is that just muck?

That dog in the hole looks so happy. He must be having a great time. :)
