TEN YEARS AGO, St Elizabeth's mental hospital was being repurposed into Homeland Security HQ in Washington, DC. This is the hollowed out center building preserved for history and now filled with fascism. John Hinckley, Reagan's attempted assassin, lived on this campus for over 31 years.
