All life gets down to food and procreation.
Everything eventually feeds something that procreates.
The cotton shirt kills, same as the wool sweater, and the leather belt.
The fox kills every day, same as the hawk, the cat, and the vegan.
Dan Reeder wrote a song that strips it down.
And as Dan notes, it must be OK, because it’s universal and real.
The song is shocking only in that it’s language does not obscure the simplicity and its unassailable truth.
