Arthritis got me yesterday. I’ve got limited mobility in my hips, which does not impact walking, but makes it difficult for me to get my leg over the bike. Dismounting yesterday, my Croc shoe got caught on the top bar, and I went over tumbling backward down a brush-filled slope. The dogs fell with the bike, but were no worse for wear. I got an impact cut on the face and a big bruise and scrape on my right hip, but I will probably live. The camera took a hit and the screen does not work, but otherwise the camera fires up. I will send it in for repair. The impact has left me with a number of floaters in my right eye, but I assume these will go away in a few weeks. A bit sore all over.
