A Cure for What Ails You



Feeling down?  Make a list of 10 things you are grateful for, then get out of the house, walk in the woods, and try to be of use to other people.  At the very least, take a trash bag with you and pick up litter.  In an hour, you will be a different person because you will have done some visible good.
