DEATH OF THE REV. " JACK" RUSSELL. The Rev. "Jack" Russell, the well-known Devonshire hunting parson, died at his residence Black Torrlngton Rectory, Saturday. The deceased had been gradually sinking for several months, but was in the hunting field up to last season. Until recently he had been staying at Bude, but his medical attendant found that the bracing air of North Cornwall could effect no good, and a week or ago he was taken back to his home. The deceased, who was 88 years of age, had been a frequent visitor at Sandringham, and the Prince of Wales had been kept constantly informed of his condition.
