Paths In the Forest

By my rough walking calculation, there’s about a mile and a half of wide, manicured path like this through the forested conservation area behind the new house — a vestigial reminder of the old girl scout camp that was on this property.  

The forest is very open, the path manicured, and there’s a very real park-like feel.  

I spooked a small herd of 4-5 deer on the bottom path, and noticed very large deer tracks up near the house.  Hoping to talk to the owner and get permission to walk my dogs here.
