Where Are the Chicken Leg Places?

AT THE LOCAL MARKET, this is the price per pound of massive chicken legs. Raw and frozen, these are excellent teeth cleaners for the dogs (fresh chicken bones are readily and safely digested as any fox will tell you). 

Two places up the way in the same strip mall seem to be competing head-to-head on chicken wings. The pizza place (!) has a big banner saying the local newspaper says their wings are the best. Dunno, and don’t care, but it got me wondering why no place focuses on chicken legs, which are my favorite. Business opportunity? I think so!
