Apparently, we are supposed to be outraged about every “just invented” controversy, from trans people in sports to “cancel culture”.
And yet, all I can think of is how privileged it is to have such problems; to have so much money and time you play sports, so few problems you feel wounded by being ignored.
A hat tip to Apayauq Reitan, who seems to be a well-centered musher with humor and humility.
As for the rest of the world, calm down. You do not get to be an old fish by rising to every passing fly.
