The world is not committing suicide; people are killing it. We are not evil, there are just too many of us. We are like locusts on the land, turning forests into fields and field into freeways.
Job One to save the planet is to reduce fertility to well below replacement and hold it there for decades so that human population growth slows, stops, and begins to reverse.
