Dogs Kill Far More Sheep Than Fox

I have spent quite a few years looking for video evidence that fox kill sheep, and the only thing that has turned up is a video of pack of fox hounds maiming a sheep.

That's not common either, of course.  That said, the fact that the fox hounds have been video-implicated in sheep killings before the fox tells you something.  And, of course, the data supports the story.

My grandparents owned a small sheep farm in Eastern South Dakota. They had a family of foxes living in one pasture on/off for many years. They let the foxes live there because the foxes never hurt the sheep or the barn cats. I never heard of foxes killing sheep before. Stray dogs were the number 1 problem for the sheep. Coyotes were not that bad either to be honest. The biggest annoyances to the cats were raccoons, skunks, stray tom cats and possums because they would go in the barn and eat the cat kibble. Some of those tom cats were straight up demons. Once in a while one would come around and beat the shit out of the other cats and murder all the kittens. So yea, foxes are not that bad compared to some things.
