American Samoa's Park Quarter Is Awesome

The National Park of American Samoa is located some 2,600 miles southwest of Hawaii and is one of the most remote in the U.S. National Park System. The Park includes sections of three islands—Tutuila, Ta’ū, and Ofu, and almost all of the land area from mountaintop to coast is tropical rainforest. The park’s area totals 13,500 acres, 4,000 acres of of which are underwater.

The backside of the quarter shows a Samoan fruit bat mother hanging in a tree with her pup.

I love this coin! Rumor has it that it is being held back due to Covid-19 possibly coming from people eating bats? Not sure if this is true and, if it is, well that's just silly
