
The forest cover of Japan is 67 percent, which is almost as high as Sweden (68.95 percent) and far higher than the US (33.84 percent), or even Brazil (56 percent).
England’s forest cover? Just 7 percent! Wales’ forest cover is 11.9 percent, and Scotland’s is 17 percent.
