I ordered off for a new Moultrie D-80 White Flash Trail Game Camera and installed it last night just before all of the national mall fireworks went off across the river. They seemed to be of no concern to the fox!
The new version of this game camera has 13 megapixels, which is quite a lot, and has a powerful flash. These are the first first pics; I will have to learn to aim it a bit better.
I don't recognize this fox, but we have so many, and the turn over is pretty much complete every two years. The camera is aimed at the top of the stone dog house, which is flat and half covered with ivy. I put a few pieces of kibble on top of the dog house, which is all it takes to get the fox to hop up and pose on stage.
