A lunatic who intended to kidnap Barack Obama's dogs was apprehended by the Secret Service. The man, who says he is Jesus Christ and the prodigy of a liaison between Marilyn Monroe and John F. Kennedy, has two illegal guns and 250 rounds of ammunition. A judge, wanting to prove he was even crazier than the lunatic before him, decided to let him go under "high-risk supervision pending a later court date,"whatever that means. I suspect it means he was white.
