A Terrierman's Most Cost-Effective Veterinary Tool

If you dig on terriers, you will find a simple pole snare will save you a lot of veterinary dollars and also keep your dogs in the field week in and week out. This light-weight pole snare is my own design and cannot be beat for cost, weight, or effectiveness.

I made this new one over the weekend after my old one was lost in the field.

  1. I made one a couple of years ago following your instructions, it works great! I did use a short length of copper pipe as the handle rather than the loop you show on this one.
