ReplyDeleteMount Royal in Montreal. Raccoons are not native to either Montreal or Los Angeles -- both came with man and his garbage dumps. Raccoon populations have spread north and west since 1900 and the numbers are now larger than they ever were before. It's nice to know that for however many medical advances the human race makes towards longer lives there is some idiot on the other end of the spectrum fighting for baseline of natural selection in all of it's epic stupidity.
