The good news is that on this farm they have embraced terrier work for species protection and farm balance rather than the dreaded poison 1080.

I wish there had been a few more pictures of Pete - a REAL Fox Terrier! It is sad that the Fox Terrier of today couldn't make it down a foxhole if its life depended on it...
The government in Australia is actively encouraging the use of livestock guardian dogs and has recently published an online manual here:
