If every pet advertising section would take a hard stance, it'd be nice...but then there'd be alternative publications for those breeders that keep costs low by not doing the tests.
Despite this, it'd be interesting to see how many KC/AKC breeders (the ones who actually bother to show) who advertise in the "No-Health-Testing-Required" paper would receive any form of a Scarlet Letter for not doing right by their dogs.
