You're Doing It Wrong!

Click picture to massively enlarge.

This is an Efé camp in the Ituri Forest, Democratic Republic of the Congo.

It's so sad that these people are so ignorant about hunting that they are not even using proper Kennel Club dogs!

And this poor fellow in Benin says there is no other dog, but this type and this type in his area. How sad!

And the sadness is being felt all over central Africa. Its seems in 5 days of looking this poor woman (an AKC judge) found 200 dogs, and only three not of the Basenji type. Much the same is reported elsewhere.

It's so sad that the native lands of this dog are now so roaded, wrecked, raped and robbed that there is nothing left of them. Just look at the complete loss of forest cover in northern and eastern Democratic Republic of Congo!

Republic of Congo, 2008,

And look at the man below!

Why, this poor fellow's terriers look nothing like the dogs we see in the Kennel Club!

It's so sad that this man's culture has eroded to the point he no longer knows what his dogs should look like, or how they should work.

I am told the dogs have deteriorated in Wales to the point that most people say they have never seen a working Welsh terrier, while in Scotland everyone laughs and shakes their head when asked to be take to see a working Scotty.

It's so sad that Scotland and Wales are now so roaded, wrecked, raped and robbed that there is nothing less of them.

I am told much the same is going on all over the world.

In Afghanistan there are no coursing dogs left that look like this, while in Germany the shepherds no longer use German Shepherds to herd sheep for some strange reason.

Thank God the Kennel Club was there to save and protect these dogs!

  1. Can you imagine trying to find 200 examples of ANY breed ANYWHERE in 5 days of driving?
