Sure, putting the offenders in prison or executing them may solve the problems for Beijing, but it does not solve ours.
This is a super power that thumbs its nose at us regularly and we still go back for more.

This has been a serious problem in
ReplyDeleteChina, where they have large numbers of unvaccinated dogs and endemic canine rabies. This results in hundreds of human exposures as well.
As far as I know, the vaccine in question was produced for use in China, and not intended for export (I could be wrong, but I think that is the case). Still a serious problem though.
